Meet #MIFarm Families

June is National Dairy Month, an important time of year for United Dairy Industry of Michigan (UDIM). Hillstrom PR worked with UDIM to develop the #MIFarmFamilies campaign, a social and digital campaign with the goal of reconnecting consumers with the farm families behind their food. Hillstrom PR partnered dairy farmers with influential food bloggers in Michigan to develop recipes and share their farm stories. A social media campaign was designed to highlight Michigan’s dairy farm families through graphics, video, and an interactive Twitter party where dairy farmers participated and answered consumer questions. For the month, more than 2 million impressions were achieved through the #MIFarmFamilies campaign.
